The Court By Ginger Hobbs

The Court is a choreographic exploration of the mind's internal conflicts. The piece invites viewers to witness the inner chaos of being human, where thoughts, instincts, and desires coexist. Four symbolic figures-the King, the Devil, the Crow, and the Jester-embody distinct aspects of the psyche: the controlling exterior, the hidden indulgence, the intuitive soul, and the questioning mind. These facets move between harmony and discord, revealing the layered complexity of the self.
